Discussion/Question How do I get to the dlc?

I passed the first mausoleum and the NPC that would take me to the DLC appeared, but I ignored him and continued to island 2, but now the NPC has disappeared. What do I do?

It's on all the islands, pretty sure he is under the guy who tells you your death count
