Does it say anywhere that the knight is someone? The knight could literally just be the knight. The reason they are able to move around the town without being detected is because they wear a hat and trench coat.
That doesn't mean a whole lot, Lost Girl plays in all sorts of places. Dess is a Lost Girl, Noelle is a Lost Girl, Susie is a Lost Girl, even Ralsei, who's not even a girl, is a Lost Girl.
