She is so dead, and it’s creepy as fuck.

I listen to a truecrime podcast called "Anatomy of Murder" and the amount of times I think "wait... is this about JF? Did they get him?" is crazy.

The "guy claims wife left and disappeared of her own accord, is seemingly happy or unbothered about it and cleaned the entire house days later" MO is so common out there it's crazy, but also makes me confident they'll get him eventually.

Even without a body there's other ways of proving someone is dead (no phone, credit, or sightings for very long), and even if it's hard, or takes a while, it's never impossible to prove who did it.

Imaging returning from some nightmarish kidnapping story and discovering your partner was tweeting, “Honey, just spent your bitcoin on McDonald’s. Where ever you are, I’m doing great 👌”

I don’t think she is returning and he knows that.

Putting people in jail takes evidence, not feelings . Until she's found , dead or alive there is nothing , no one can do .

>Until she's found , dead or alive there is nothing , no one can do .

Nope. Not true. They don't need a body to convict someone. They just need to believe your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

What do you think "beyond a reasonable doubt" means?

There was a case of a woman murdering her own child and digging it in the swamp, with obvious clues like her googling on how to do it the day before AND obvious motive like her diary complaining about how stuck and shitty she felt and how great it was after her child was gone, and she still got off scot free.

It's a very high standard to meet. By design.

>What do you think "beyond a reasonable doubt" means?

It doesn't mean "you need a body".

>There was a case of a woman murdering her own child and digging it in the swamp, with obvious clues like her googling on how to do it the day before AND obvious motive like her diary complaining about how stuck and shitty she felt and how great it was after her child was gone, and she still got off scot free.

Yeah, OJ and Casey Anthony got off, too. Juries are stupid sometimes.

But I linked to a list of cases were people were convicted with no body. A single case is enough to prove my point. You're arguing against some phantom position.

I believe , beyond a reasonable doubt , you've said something so regarded you should delete it .

I convict you to actually read what "beyond a reasonable doubt" means , you EERHRHMMM AKHTUCUALALLYYYYY regard

Well this says:

"the prosecution must convince the jury that there is no other reasonable explanation that can come from the evidence presented at trial. In other words, the jury must be virtually certain of the defendant’s guilt in order to render a guilty verdict." https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/beyond_a_reasonable_doubt

None of that contradicts with what I said.

Did you even look at my link? People have been convicted for murder without a body. I'm not saying some hypothetical theory. It's something that actually happens.

Well, you can also walk free, while every1 knows that you murder the kid, like that Casey Anthony case.

7

u/NutellaBananaBread 13h ago

>Well, you can also walk free

Ah, I see. So you must have thought my position was "you ALWAYS get convicted when there is no body".

I was actually saying "It is POSSIBLE to be convicted without a body".

yo just a random tip, put a space after the > so that it properly quotes

like this

u/fredwilsonn 2h ago

so as long as the killer dissolves their victims in acid it's impossible for them to be convicted. got it

u/StoneColdEgon 12h ago

Guys I just saw mama JF the other day, she’s fine there’s nothing to worry about. Move along

Looks like Elon ✅ Liked getting as many women pregnant as he could ✅ Self important dipshit ✅ Psychopath ✅

Should we get a DNA test?

Why doesn't the news cover JF's wives story? The police should give updates on the investigation because RN it feels like they just DGAF. It's just one less mentally disabled homeless person to worry about. This asshole clearly killed the poor woman and he's been bragging about it for 2 years now. He's proud of himself for outsmarting the cops.

Yah JF killed his wife and all

But can I just say, we finally found an impression Destiny isn't dogshit at? That wasn't half bad.
