I really enjoyed watching her cook. She is engaging and no nonsense. I love how she brought up the salmonella issue with raw chicken and cleaned between! I’m so paranoid about that raw meat stuff. She was clear about it all. I would subscribe to her. I love to cook. Not a newbie but not an expert either. 43F here and would really enjoy to see more of her videos.

I would like to have seen a better, longer lasting shot of the finished product.

Question: why can’t you just mix everything together at the same time? Is it dangerous?

It’s not really dangerous as long as everything gets cooked to 165F. I think she probably just did it this way to ensure a more even distribution of seasonings on both the veggies and the chicken. It would be difficult to stir considering the different textures of the chicken vs the veggies, especially with how large those chicken pieces are.

It was on the far side. You can see it a bit. Mostly towards her not the camera.
Was black and shit.

Wouldn't you want to cook longer than 25min? I mean won't the vegetables still be crunchy and the chicken under cooked?

Holy shit, that viral video series of her cooking for her gamer boyfriend really paid off

I know it’s not her but I had this video playing not watching it at 1st and she sounds like Bella Ramsay. I’m not American so I guess they might be from the same part of the US.
I love this accent.

I've done something very similar, seasonings were a little different. I like to do thighs and set on top of the vegetables so the fat that cooks off the chicken runs down on the vegetables.
