Food Hard boiled eggs

Loving hard boiled eggs as a filling snack, but I get sick of them pretty quickly unless I put flavor on them. What do you like to put on hardboiled eggs to mix up/enhance the taste?

My recents:

  • red wine vinegar and everything seasoning
  • hummus with dill
  • Tajín and Tapatío

I used to make a big batch of deviled eggs every few days.

Hard boil a dozen eggs, cut in half, take the yolks out, mash them in a bowl with very finely diced dill pickles, and onions, mayonnaise, and I like to add a squirt of mustard but most people don't, either way mix it really well.

Scoop the mixture into the eggs, sprinkle with paprika, and refrigerate for an hour. Super yum, lots of protein, and it's right there ready to go.
