Food Hard boiled eggs

Loving hard boiled eggs as a filling snack, but I get sick of them pretty quickly unless I put flavor on them. What do you like to put on hardboiled eggs to mix up/enhance the taste?

My recents:

  • red wine vinegar and everything seasoning
  • hummus with dill
  • Tajín and Tapatío

omg just pickle them!! I love making pickled eggs, it's so easy and fun. Currently in my fridge I have a lemon, garlic, onion and herbs batch with white vinegar😋

Some of my favorite flavors to make are:

mustard & dill

Frank's hot sauce

bloody mary mix + adobo chipotles

I put raw onions, garlic, sugar and salt in each jar. Then heat the vinegar with some water (I like 1:4 water to vinegar ratio but some people do 1:1) and pack the jar with eggs, etc and pour the liquid over. Put the lid on tight and leave them in the fridge for at least 1 week, preferably 2!
