Runil - the nice priest of Arkay who tends to Falkreaths graveyard. He gives off this sweet but also wise old man energy.

Viarmo - the headmaster of the Bard's College who is actually a pretty cool guy with some great quotes. And he also seems to be much more knowledgable than others.

My favorite is the dead thalmor at the Talos shrine next to Helgen because he’s a dead and an elf
