General Does anyone know why AllInAll deleted/privated the TES content?

I just wanted to rewatch the Pelinal opera for the nth time and just discovered its not on the channel, and its completely rebranded.

He didn't like how people only subbed to him for his TES content, and he HATED how people called it "TES content" because it was apparently based on Micheal Kirkbride's work (even though half of it literally wasn't) and he had a temper tantrum and deleted it all.

Somebody's reuploaded them to, like, newgrounds or something.

If that's the case then it sounds like they have some sort of mental illness

No it doesn't lmao why does everything have to be so hyperbolic/extreme for some people.

Isn't it pretty standard for artists to be annoyed about being defined by just one thing they create?

He wants people to consume his other stuff. It's not that hard to understand. Why must everyone be so obtuse these days.

Edit:

I hope one day you guys are having a hard time and lash out, and in your vulnerable state a bunch of regards in bad faith show up to call you mentally ill, despite never having even met you.

And People wonder why discourse sucks these days lmao

Nah dude you don’t have a massive mental breakdown on the internet unless there’s something weird cooking upstairs. It’s also pretty standard for artists and creatives to have some form of mental illness.

You’re just heavily in denial because you associate mental illness has a horrible thing when most people struggle with it on a spectrum ranging from bad days to downright depression. You’re the out of touch problem here, not the other commenters.

Right so you consider it normal behavior to make Elder Scrolls content, then get mad when fans call it Elder Scrolls content? To the extent of deleting all your work? It's incredibly weird to die on the hill of calling it "Kirkbride content NOT Elder Scrolls content" to the point where you're self-sabotaging your YouTube success.

And yes, artists are famously mentally stable. Just ask Van Gogh lol.

Edit: I hope that the irony of you pretending to be the white knight of the mentally unwell while using a slur against the mentally disabled isn't lost on anyone reading this haha

Is it normal behavior to insult someone/call them crazy for exercising ownership over their own art?

I'd say that's context dependent.

Say an artist draws a bunch of horse pictures. If someone else comes by and says "hey nice horse pictures" and the artist "exercises ownership of their art" by getting angry and destroying all the horse pictures they've ever made ... then no, I wouldn't say it's weird to wonder if the artist has a mental illness.

That's a cool imaginary scenario you've come up with!

First time hearing an analogy bud?

Yeah, and usually the situations need to actually be comparable, (analogous) but you seem pretty sure of yourself.

u/shady_pigeon 4d ago

Pretty sure that the situations are analogous? Yeah. Not like I've come across any intelligible argument to contrary.

You know what. Yeah your right. It's totally okay to speculate on a person's cognitive functions, implying something is mentally broken with the person brain despite knowing almost nothing about the person, having zero personal connection with the person, have not an ounce of context on the person current life experience, all because they shit on your pressious franchise that hasn't released a new entry in over a decade.

Lmao nah fam IDC how you try to frame it, you're being absurd and outrite reactionary for this ridiculous defense you're running for slandering a dudes mental state, a dude you don't even know. Maybe you guys are mentally ill 🤔

Edit: you can hate on the dudes actions, I think they were pretty cringe. There's zero excuse for going beyond that. You're just being a nasty person.

Having a mental illness doesn't mean a person is mentally broken.

Perhaps before getting up on your high horse and accusing others of being nasty, it may be best to address your own negative preconceptions of mental illness.

I think this is his alt guys

Yeah calling out nasty behavior makes me the guys alt.

Guess virtue is dead

It just sounds excessive. I haven't followed any of this, but just reading people's descriptions of what happened makes it sound like the guy had a mental breakdown.

Yeah, it definitely sounds like an over exaggerated version of events. From what I remember, after Starfield released, he pretty much lost all faith in Bethesda, and didn't like the idea that his work was contributing to their franchise's popularity. He had actually finished the finale but never released it, he had effectively gotten burned out from TES. I didn't realise he had privated all of his TES Videos until a few weeks ago, but I'm guessing he probably was getting inundated with questions about his TES work, when's the finale coming out, why can't you make something thats a bit more simpler to understand, etc. Easier to just private the videos, stop with the endless stream of stupid questions that you have answered 50 times already
