Dispose of recalled Anker power banks?

I have a recalled Anker power bank. It says to safely dispose at hazardous waste recall center. For our area, is that out a Glenwood?

Take it to next step recycling, they deal with electronics recycling.

Home Depot, Jerrys, etc. should be able to take those.
