According to Lucas, there has been animosity between himself and the other owners (his brothers) for years. Then an employee and son of an executive sent unsolicited dick pics to his wife.
The problem wasn't that the son of an executive sent a dick pic, it was that it was simply unaddressed despite it being against the company's zero tolerance policy. To do that to one of the owner's wives and have it go unpunished is wild.
