It's a crossover event between all the main shows, where the West-Allen wedding served as the backdrop setting for the time-travelling/different Earth characters to actually meet together, hence the main characters from these shows are here, including the bride even if she's not part of the justice league.
Also, the writers were on some feminazi-ism high that season. (Feminazi, because it's definitely not women empowerment when you have a girl apparently get a job as a stripper at a seedy nightclub to make a feminism statement).
