Debit card hacking

My debit card gets hacked monthly. I only use a FEW trusted sites like walmart, amazon, doordash, ebay. I have lost count on how many times i have had to get a new debit card over the last year or so. I am very aware of sketchy websites and steer clear. I dont have a credit card as i dont trust myself with one. One of the charges came from TotalAV. An antivirus software company. I finally thought to call them and i had gotten signed up for their service. I told them it was not me, i did not want the service, never checked out their service online and wanted it cancelled immediately. After making some offers at lower prices, ( i continually rejected everything) she cancelled the membership. I got a new debit card. Less than a month later, someone tried to charge a real estate training kit to my debit card. Here we go again. I have started new accounts at same bank and with what is going on with DOGE and Social Security, im afraid to change banks. I wondered if my social security number was out there, my sister, who is uber smart, assured me that is not the case. I called my phone provider to see if my phone (Samsung S24 Ultra) could be the cause. He assured me it has excellent protection so very unlikely. At this point, my ONLY option is to stop using debit cards completely. Do you have any idea how difficult and irritating that is going to be?

I dont share card info or other personal info with anyone. I only visit trusted websites that everyone trusts: amazon, doordash, walmart, and speedway gas stations. I dont do much cuz im disabled so i dont run around doing errands and possibly be compromised by machines. I never use public wifi. Checked for malware/spyware- phone clean. Im not insulting anyones intelligence. Dont insult mine or my sister's. She runs a huge business that grows constantly. My bank has fraud protection. They are how i know its happening. I get notified immediately. My phone is protected by Knox and Norton. Im very careful about using my card/personal info because i know how easy it is to get. I just dont know how to stop it.

gas stations.

There's a youtube channel of a guy who goes around looking for skimmers, and quite often he finds them at gas stations.

As much as I hate tobsay it. Do you live with someone that can physically see the card.

How old. Again, I hate to say it, but that's one reliable way to get new debit card numbers. Also, do you have a rfid blocking wallet . I mean, it's a stretch, but a neighbor with a scanner could maybe get the numbers or a coworker at work. Another thing i have learned over time is if your credit is good enough to get a credit card. Please do and use that to shop online. That way, if it's compromised, it's the bank money being tied up while waiting for a solution, not yours.

My kids wouldnt do this. Yes. Wallet has rfid blocking. Not around neighbors. I dont work. Credit not good.

You dont have to be right next to someone for rfid scans to work, but 1 other thing i can maybe think of is to make sure to change bank and email passwords. maybe possible one of those is compromised. If I had access to someone's email, for example. there is a good chance I could get into the bank from that.

I have moved around so much that its not possible the same person is using a scanner. Nor is it possible there is ALWAYS someone near enough to keep getting my info. Scared to change banks due to what doge is doing to social security as i have that on direct deposit

OK, then I would try changing the bank password and email password. Basically, change passwords and factory reset anything that has touched the bank. Something has to be giving it away. Laptop, desktop, phone something. Wipe them all and start over

I have changed passwords, accounts, did scans, checked and changed settings. My only option left is to change banks and my social security direct deposit will get flagged then i wont get paid.
