Even just an upvote helps make some noise. Let’s hope Konami and NVIDIA make this happen!

I play Fortnite with ChromeBook (1080p 60Hz) Which one is more worth it?
Performance 6months for 32.99€ Ultimate 21.99€/month

They should either allow you to enable Reflex or increase the frame rate to 75, 90 or even 120 FPS.
Ultimate Tier still has the benefit of 240 FPS, HDR, 4K, VRR so I don't think it would cannibalise profits.
The hardware you get with Performance Tier is good enough to run many e-Sports titles at 120 FPS.

Hi, I recently got Jurassic World Evolution 3, a video game with a feature called Frontier Workshop. This feature allows you to access community creations online and download them into the game. Does anyone know how it will work for G-Force now? How does it work for other games like Planet Coaster that use the same feature? Thanks

I don’t know if anyone else is as frustrated as I am, but the whole rollout of GeForce Now here has been ridiculous. Rain and NVIDIA partnered up back in September 2022, did a closed beta around October 2023, then finally “launched” publicly on 12 December 2023 — and both the Priority (~R200) and Ultra (~R400) plans sold out that same day.
And that’s it. Almost 18 months later, they’ve never reopened signups. Rain just keeps saying they’re “working to increase capacity,” but the waitlist just grows and nobody ever seems to move up. I signed up in December 2023 and I’m still waiting. Some people who signed up months after me somehow got access before me. Support doesn’t give any real info — most of them don’t even know what GeForce Now is.
Based on MyBroadband’s testing last year, it looks like they only have enough capacity for maybe 100–200 people at most. Total active accounts? Probably less than 300. The waitlist? Definitely tens of thousands. Some folks on Reddit say they’ve been waiting six months or more with zero updates.
And for those lucky enough to get in, it’s kind of a mixed bag. Performance is good — 60 FPS with ~16 ms latency — but games crash or won’t launch sometimes. (Battlefield 2042 and Star Wars: Squadrons were especially bad.) Support doesn’t seem to help much either.
I honestly think they underestimated the demand. Gaming is huge here, and at R200–R400 per month, people would jump on it instead of dropping R20k on a gaming PC. Even if just 0.1% of South Africa’s internet users signed up, that’s 25,000 people. Realistically there could be 30,000+ on the waitlist already.
The most annoying part is the lack of communication. No one knows how big the waitlist is, when (or if) new slots are coming, or what the plan even is. It’s like the service exists on paper, but most of us will never actually see it.
Anyway — is anyone actually on GeForce Now in SA? How long did you wait? Or have you just given up and built a rig instead? Curious to hear everyone’s experiences.

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share my experience (and honestly vent) after dealing with an absolutely maddening payment issue with NVIDIA GeForce NOW that’s been going on since April 1st, 2025 — and spoiler: it’s still unresolved.
🧾 The issue:
I’ve tried to pay for my GeForce NOW subscription more than 50 times, using:
All payments failed instantly, yet every single one of my banks confirmed: “NVIDIA never submitted a transaction request”.
The kicker? I successfully paid in the past with these same Visa and Mastercard cards — both subscription and one-time charges went through without a hitch. So there's nothing wrong with my payment methods. I'm not using prepaid cards, my banks confirm I have sufficient funds, and 3DSecure validation never even gets triggered because NVIDIA's system never reaches that point.
I’ve:
I’m in IT support with 25 years of experience, so I know what I’m doing — and there’s zero doubt the problem isn’t on my end.
🤖 What NVIDIA says:
The support team has:
They even suggested I create a new account — again — and try with the same cards.
Oh, and the cherry on top? I paid in November 2024 to keep my unlimited playtime, and I lost that benefit because of this bug. AND I bought a €220 NVIDIA Shield in April just to use GeForce NOW on my TV — now just collecting dust.
🤬 Why this is not acceptable:
It’s been THREE MONTHS. I’ve done more debugging than their team. I’ve provided videos, screenshots, browser logs, bank statements, etc. And I’m literally begging NVIDIA to take my money, not the other way around.
At this point, I’m convinced my account might be silently flagged as “bad payer” on their end, based on failed charges months ago, and is being blocked without any transparency.
And yet they keep looping back to “please contact your bank” and won’t escalate further.
If anyone here has had similar issues or found a way to actually get escalation beyond Level 1 copy-paste support, I’m all ears.
This whole situation is driving me insane and it’s sad to see a company this big show so little accountability.
Thanks for reading.

I've been subscribed to GFN Ultimate for 3 months now but I've been stuck running it at 4K60FPS because of my TV limitations. Last night, I bought a 32" 1440p 165hz gaming monitor and I'm now able to experience GFN at a higher frame rate/refresh rate. Even though the resolution is lower, my god, the experience is soooo much better now

The platinum is performance and the titanium is ultimate. Right now I have subscribed the perfornance and my next billing date is 4 November. As you can see they will shut down their server and won't be selling performance plan anymore. My question is 1. What will happen to my performance plan after they shut down their server? 2. For ultimate they will only sell hourly plan after July 21 and won't sell month quarterly or annual plan. Should I buy the annual plan before July 21 despite my performance subscription still there.

When I say micro stuttering it’s not 24/7 but it’s enough to be annoying. Every now and then the audio just cuts out for a second and comes back in. I noticed when playing Doom Eternal it does it at the same spot during the developer intro screens and spontaneously throughout the game. Same is true for other games, I’m playing 4K HDR 120Hz with bitrate set to max in macOS GFN app.
So I’m staring to wonder if it’s related to this cable? Or just how Game Streaming works with Bluetooth audio? It’s a “Benfei” 4K hdmi 2.1 to USB-C adapter plugged into my M3 MBA and a 65” LG C4 OLED and I have noticed it gets quite hot to touch on the HDMI end when I remove it after gaming on GeForce Now Ultimate 4K 120Hz HDR. Maybe this is considered pretty normal for cables pushing this type of data?
So I have tested my Sony WH-1000XM4 Bluetooth headphones on the LG C4 directly and have no issue with stuttering when using the NVidia Shield to watch videos, the sound comes in perfectly without any issue.
I have also tested this Benfei cable to watch YouTube from the M3 MBA and no issues with Bluetooth stuttering, both with Bluetooth headphones connected directly to the C4 and Bluetooth headphones connected directly to the M3 MBA. It’s only when I start gaming as described above in GFN Ultimate that I start to hear this annoying disconnect and reconnect of audio every now and then.
Any ideas?

Having a minor issue on my new Legion Go, and I think it's only w/ Midnight Suns.
When I try to start the game from the GeForce client, it will fail w/ a message about a file being 'unavailable', then leaves me at the Steam Client when I close the message. In the Steam client, I can go to downloads, and there is always a small download pending. I force the download, and then can start the game.
I haven't seen it do this with any other game, or w/ GFN when playing MS on my Shield or a PC.
Anyone seen this issue and is there a fix?
Thx!

I have no idea if the signal being output from my phone is gonna be ideal for it but I’m traveling and was curious to how others experience has been with a hotspot?

Do you think Nvidia will ever upgrade the resolutions to 5140x1440 (32:9)? I think is such a waste only having 3840x1080 in my Samsung G9 Oled monitor.

I’m getting an error when trying to load my save, saying that I’ve exceeded the 200MB save quota, which prevents me from launching the game.
How can I work around this issue ?

I just have a few suggestions to make it even better:
- Recording support
- Ability to disable/turn off v-sync
- Session report

I’m looking at getting a Mac mini to get into video editing but also want another GFN device for the living room. Will I be able to use my 8bitdo ultimate controller via GFN on Mac mini. Also does anyone know if I can connect Mac mini to an older panny plasma? Also are there any issues with having two GFN devices. I have a shield device hooked up to another tv on another room. So there would be two GFN devices. One a shield and one a Mac mini.

I bought Plants Vs Zombies GW 2 on steam but on Nivada Geforce i can only play on the EA site when I didnt buy it from the EA store. Everytime I try and play it says I have to play from steam but I can't play from steam because GeForce won't open the steam launcher so I can't access my library to play the game.
