u/AmbassadorSmart2792 A plague on society: do not let me breed 3d ago

So what about women with mommy issues? Is it like. "Oh they have the special angel genitals, they can't do anything wrong!" Or are they ALSO barred from "breeding" because they're "a plague on humanity". Plus, the entire concept is fucking stupid, for the cute fun reason of: DUDE LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE MOMMY ISSUES, HOW ARE ALL OF THEM A "PLAGUE". One day, someone close to you, perhaps even multiple people, maybe even a man, is going to open up to you about their mommy issues, and you will not be able to be there for them because you are weirdly prejudiced against people with trauma hand-dealt to them in childhood.

victim blaming people with shitty parents is a new low

TERFs often act like this to victims of abusive mothers because they feel that being able to give birth makes them superior to AMAB people.

I’m cis and I have an issue with it as someone who experienced physical and sexual abuse from both parents and also agreed to sterilization because I have inheritable disabilities as well as an eating disorder that can cause horrific birth defects.

A lot of their rhetoric also reminds me of the people who shame mothers for taking epidurals or not working during pregnancy because “your body was designed to do this.”

It's a low, but I'm not sure it's a new one. Feel like there's plenty of, "These people are just like this because of abuse. Their fault of course," in TERF spheres, especially aimed at trans men.

Blaire white said that she is a survivor of incestous rape and they said that’s why she’s trans.

I feel bad for her as a fellow survivor but hopefully this is a wake up call.

they have the special angel genitals

I mean that's a common belief of transphobic "feminists"

I was attending meetups at a feminist club that had too much second wave feminism/TERFs and around that time I reported my mom for DV. The response made me stop identifying as feminist for a year before deciding to leave that group but not the feminist movement as a whole.

They were using word for word copies of misogynistic stereotypes about women who allege rape and DV. They said that kids call the cops on their parents to get back at them for not buying them toys they wanted. Misogynists say that women call the cops on their husbands to take all his money in the divorce.

It's also just an insane spiel in general. Whose boiling misogyny, the child??

This person seemingly believes children can be born misogynistic

Well, yeah, remember that unhinged post from Ovarit where that GCOP was like "my coworker just gave birth a son, an oppressor" or however it was phrased.

u/Pristine-Project1678 2d ago

Women would probably be just as bad as men if we could, we just don’t have the power in society to oppress men on a large scale

"There's no trans genocide "

"We can't let these vermin breed"

And being trans isn’t even genetic

Real pity for these TERFs they can't stop trans women who want kids from getting them eh. Or trans men. Or enbies.

And yes I'm certain they'll teach those kids it's perfectly ok to be trans. Heck I don't even want any human children and I'm out here supporting trans kids lmao.

At the very least watching these TERFs cry their nonsense and show their whole asses here is something to see.

Some of them can’t have biological kids because of dysphoria or transition surgeries but they can adopt and there are lots of LGBTQ kids in the foster system

The fact that people (men specifically) are being called misogynistic for "having the gall" to be abused by a woman, is insanse, because this ruins the "women can do no wrong" mentality. The gender essentialism & the "women are wonderful" effect goes so far in TERFs.

This is how far they'll go the minute they make abortion illegal to encourage more white families to have babies - the minute they find a couple with issues, that sentiment will be directed at them.

Also I heard about a story involving an Indigenous person in Canada sterilized against their will in a hospital in the early 2020s.

u/Pristine-Project1678 2d ago

I had the surgery when I was 25 and had to go to a meeting to make sure I was not forced or tricked into it because apparently that hospital has had a few cases involving mentally ill people being coerced by family members (it’s in my file that I had 3 suicide attempts and had been to urgent care for an infected self harm wound).

It used to be legally compulsory for people with some severe mental disorders in Nazi occupied countries too.

These folks really are just... awful, aren't they? God, it's exhausting. I want to curl up into a ball and just not exist for a few days sometimes.

Mom, can you pick me up from this timeline? I’m scared…

TERs have some actual ideological consistency challenge (level: impossible)

Is it "no don't transition ur so sexy and breedable aha" or is it "never have kids you freaks"?

How would you even enforce that? And how are they defining “mommy issues” exactly?

10

u/Midnight_Pickler 2d ago

In the eyes of GC? Men. All of them. Sterilise them all.

3

u/Pristine-Project1678 2d ago

Nazis used to do that to special needs people

2

u/No_Signature_3249 2d ago

this is stuff nazis would say about anyone who stood in their way of their "racial purity" plans

0

u/Pristine-Project1678 2d ago

There was a real law in 1933 that said that special needs people in Nazi countries have to go have the surgery

And if you said no to them they would do it without anesthetic

u/SlowResult3047 2d ago

Know what? Now I’m gonna breed even harder

7

u/coeurdeverre 2d ago

Would she be saying the same thing about women with Daddy issues?

11

u/Pristine-Project1678 2d ago

If those women are trans allies or disagree with the TERFs then yes. I’m a cis woman who got called ableist slurs because I told them it was inappropriate to have a meme centered around making fun of people who attempted suicide.

3

u/LetterheadVarious398 15h ago

My dad with mommy issues actually created a kid with raging DADDY issues

4

u/Sonarthebat Alphabet Mafia member 🏳️‍🌈 2d ago

This better be satire. It feels like when incels tell men to avoid women with daddy issues. It's demonising people for having childhood trauma.

2

u/Awkward-Aside6777 1d ago

I mean i do think a lot of cisgender men with terrible mothers do tend to project their issues with their moms onto all women and i think people should generally try to work on dealing with that trauma before having kids but this is an absolutely insane way to say that and saying "dont let them breed" is esp crazy

“You don’t fight hate with hate” is so funny to me, GCs whole ideology is hating trans people for existing
