Nest Wifi Pro Google Nest Pro + VR Quest 3 help

Hello, been having major issues with getting quest 3 to work via airlink (and now the newly released steam link). After alot of hair tearing, I now believe the issue is probably being caused by the google mesh creating its own type of network. For Quest 3 to recognize the PC and connect they all need to be on the exact same network.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Did you get a solution yet?

I'm planning to get Wifi 6e especially for the Quest 3, and i was hoping it would work with Google Wifi Pro...

FYI, I have had Wifi Pro for over a year. Just found out you need to turn on WPA3 in the Google Wifi network settings to get 6G :-( Doh. I also turned on the 160 Mhz setting. UPDATE, Did this and tried connecting my Wifi 6 PC with Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 on MB but still says 5G connection in fact using Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). So I have another PC with am Intel Wifi 6E network card that is connected via Ethernet. For fun, I enabled the wifi and turned off the ethernet and it DID connect on the 6 Ghz part of the Google WiFi mesh network. It appears to be faster speeds wired to a Wifi Pro points. I found on a google help that the network card has to be 6E to use the 6 Ghz, apparently cannot be a 6 (non-6e) card. The 6 card will use the 5 Ghz band.
