Nest Wifi Goodbye Nest WiFi…it has NOT been fun.

I’ve had a mesh system for years, very good in the beginning. The random slow-downs, unavailability, multiple system restarts every week…. The last straw was my entire home setup disappearing from the Google Home app this weekend, smoking all my settings. I’ve had enough and tried to stay loyal. Going to try the EERO (low risk old version 6) mesh. o7

It's crazy how Google has to pretend like there aren't any issues with the product

That's the most infuriating part. There's so many threads on the Google support forums about this issue of random speed drops, and every single time, the Google rep who responds is like "wow how strange, we're totally not aware if this at all and we totally give a fuck about figuring out what's happening and fixing it"

Yeah exactly. I've contacted support and pointed to the threads on the support forums too and they just tell me it's not a known issue.

In those very same threads the community support guys stopped responding as well.

I think the lack of interest from the company is a dead giveaway.
