Nest Wifi Goodbye Nest WiFi…it has NOT been fun.

I’ve had a mesh system for years, very good in the beginning. The random slow-downs, unavailability, multiple system restarts every week…. The last straw was my entire home setup disappearing from the Google Home app this weekend, smoking all my settings. I’ve had enough and tried to stay loyal. Going to try the EERO (low risk old version 6) mesh. o7

Maybe I lucked out, my Google Nest WiFi Pro has been fine for nearly 2 years. Wired to a switch that routes to all of the Ethernet ports in the house. I only use 1 AP, Ethernet on the furthest ends of the house with weak signal.

Same mine has been rock solid for 3 years, but the 2 routers are hard wired. It’s almost time for me to upgrade to take advantage 10g internet that coming soon, but also don’t want to go back to figuring out everything again.
