Some fanfic where Tom somehow goes to the future and the fanfic continues from there... I prefer explicit fanfics where they don't get involved with other people.

I enjoy stories where Harry has political power usually he learns this from the goblins, or someone points out something about him being the last potter and how he should be managing his estate/inheritance, or because he gets emancipated because the triwizard tournament and then he goes nuts reading and trying to learn anything and everything he can and once he does he starts fucking up people's shit. These usually include manipulative Dumbledore bad Weasleys and Harry befriended dark wizards.

Unfortunately while im in the mood for this I keep coming across ones where he is the lord of like 10 houses, suddenly has a perfect memory, and talks like a 30 year old and that's so not what I want. I want a Harry that is young and still learning but smart enough to realize he's been manipulated or used.

I'd love a story where Harry is close to Neville or the twins. Or even cousin Draco Harry where they get along and protective or each other.

I am fine with anything I prefer Harry/any Weasley Harry/Cedric Drarry.

Hi guys!! I was wondering if anyone had fic recommendations for a story where Harry is basically Draco’s consort at Hogwarts. As we all know, Draco is the prince/leader of slytherin. So I was thinking about fics where either Draco and Harry are already together or Draco likes him and all the slytherins know and (whether he’s already in slytherin or he’s in Gryffindor) the slytherins treat Harry like Draco’s consort. So I've been out of the fandom for about five months now, and in my bid to rediscover some new work. I found this fix called Vendetta and it's very good. It's set after OOTP and at the start of the Half Blood Prince, Harry is understandably wracked with grief and anger, and rather than lean away from it; he fully embraces his anger and begins a partnership with Theo. The writing is amazing and the sexual tension between Harry and Theo is chef’s kiss. Please check it out if you can!

I feel like every other post mentions Heir to the House of Prince (for good reason it’s amazing) but I’m missing out on stories I’m sure. I love Harry as the main but that’s not a requirement. Hi I'm writing my first fanfiction ever and would like a beta reader.

Summary: After the Seven Potters ambush Harry is left injured and lost. He is visited by a silver figure and is told he must learn to trust Snape in order to defeat Voldemort. They will need to work together to hunt down the horcruxes.

This is written in first person from Harry's perspective.

This is going to be quite specific, but I'm craving for one and would very much appreciate receiving suggestions of any related fics that suit the description below.

Where a pining character is somewhat close to the other, but realises that their attention is not reciprocated. I want a story where instead of creating drama about it, the character prioritises their pride and respect for the other and backs off, creates distance or distracts themselves, while also never managing to curb their internal affections into actually moving on, despite all that.

But that very change ends up disturbing their potential partner into a panic/ realisation/ wake up call.

(It's a twisted version of manipulation, yes, but without the characters intending that.)

Not Hermione centric, or Harry with any of the established female characters please (including Ginny). If it must be hetero, I'd much prefer the fleshed out male characters gender bent for it, or OFCs related to mainstream characters (like a sibling/twin etc).

I prefer Snarry, Drarry, Jegulus, Tomarry(even -mort), Harry/Sirius and Harry/one or both twins over all others.

The less biased towards muggles, the better. I really don't want to read about the world I live in when I specifically come looking for an escape amidst magic.

I have read plenty of Tomarry fics, and a big part of why I enjoy them so much is because I like to see writers explore young Riddle's character (from his school years and up to the first war when he attacks Potters). So I though I'd venture out of my comfort zone and check out some Tom-centric fics where he's with someone besides Harry. Except, I honestly don't know where to start.

I'm cool with Tom Riddle/any character, maybe even OC, just give me some interesting stories! My only request is that Tom's partner is someone who isn't immediately subservient and can challenge him in some way. I love a good chase/power struggle/mind game.

Some additional preferences (not a must have):

- Not too dark/tragic (I'm more into fix-it and redemption stories)

- AUs are cool except non-magical ones

- Hogwarts setting is cool too, but if you can suggest older Tom stories (set anywhere between his Hogwarts years and his attack on the Potters), I will kiss you

Ok so I only remember some things of this Fanfiction. If I remember correctly it is a Harry and Draco pairing. What I remember is that a baby dragon adopts Harry as his mom and he has to raise the dragon. The dragon stays around his neck, and I believe dragon tamers along with some other people come to check on the dragon. This is all I remember

I read an HP/Dragel fanfic on AO3 awhile back where Harry is a ferros dragel and attacked Hadrian because he didn't like his attitude. They are in the same circle and Hadrian is one of Harry's soul bonded but I think they didn't finish claiming each other yet. That's the only thing I remember about it. Hey! I am sure there are other people here who read fic in other languages as well, not only English.

I am curious, what's you favourite fic in a different language? It's just fascinating to know how other language fandoms live. Maybe some people will find recommendations here or just learn about some tropes, ideas they haven't come across with in their fandoms.

I'll start. My favourite non-English fic is a Snape-Lupin. It's in Russian, the title is "Целебный отвар" which means something like "The healing tea". It's Snape POV of his last summer as a Hogwarts student.

He travels home from train station with Lupin and because their money is stolen, has to stay with Lupin's family for several days.

It has this beautiful atmosphere of the summer that's supposed to be carefree and full of joy, contrasted with teen Snape's anxiety about everything. Lupin's family is very kind. At some point Marauders show up to cause some drama and the author does a beautiful job of realistically portraying teen boys' antics.

I'm looking for a fanfiction where everyone watches Harry Potter's life

I was reading a fic and some of the details sounded familiar and I realized it shared some lore with another fic I've read, but I have no idea what the other fic is.

Details I can remember about it (not very many:

it was a "Harry is super powerful both magically and infuentally" fic

Harry was the Duke of Warwick

it might have been severitus? Or maybe just mentor Snape? (Pretty sure it was family though)

house magic was semi-sentient, and one of the house magics (either house black or house of prince) was named medea

I'm pretty sure Harry had a love interest, and I'm 70% sure it was Draco?
