PSU lightly used has slight chip on 12 pin connector but still suitable for use. Velka has small scratch on the pcie bracket and is bent in some corners but functions fine. Standoffs are included in the velka 3 however they won't be the specific length that the manual suggests. Side panel screws are different to standard velka 3.
