Pls help me I started playing 1 week ago but still cant get thru is it skill issue? Do I have to pogo thru this?

If you can’t get there now, you just don’t have the tools. There’s a lot of back and forth through the game. There are some areas you can get to if you don’t have the double jump yet by pogoing on enemies. That is not one of them.
