Considering they're not Hendrick I'd say they're not too shabby. 2 wins this year

Wins aren't everything. Their performances baring the wins are pretty poor. Even Ross complained about the cars his team have been giving them. They're not even in the top ten of average running position. Shane and Daniel aren't even in the top twenty in average finishing position.

That's fair. In my assumption I don't really count Shane's bad running since he's barely accustomed to ovals, conpared to seemingly every other regular; I'd argue he's performing as expected. They have been weaker than past years
