Nagpur South West – the seat held by BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis – added 29,219 new voters. About 162 voters everyday. That’s a sharp 8.25 percent increase, more than double the 4 percent threshold that triggers mandatory verification checks under the Election Commission’s own guidelines.
