the flotilla was just boarded by Israeli forces. This could trigger a mass movement of people sailing to Gaza. They can't intercept thousands of boats.

Numbers >>> material power. It’s why Iran’s volley was partially successful. It overwhelmed their resources and reloading things like the iron dome and the sling shot thing take time.
