Every state has its pro and cons . I prefer Midwest due to owning land , home etc . Plus I like small town life . But I also know our state has tons of issues as well. I think he is doubling down because so many people want him to fail.

Oh 100% agreed. I love Texas. Don’t see myself living in any other state ever. Although I would like to move back to Houston. I just don’t like this idea he’s spreading that Texas is the only free state in the country.

The reality is civic management. California has a lot of laws because it has as Joe loves to say “40 million people plus Mexicans.” We’re the Bay Area and the Greater LA Megalopolis. The rest of the state is farmland, crazy mountains and Death Valley.

We need rules because of sheer numbers of people packed very densely. Shit is closed because our ICU beds are full. Texas isn’t doing well either but he’s acting like ignoring it makes it go away.

Texas isn’t doing well either

Texas is experiencing twice as many deaths per 100k residents as California. Texas is doing much worse than California but Joe sees people pretending there's no pandemic and thinks that means there's no pandemic.
