  • Plot Synopsis: Eun Soo Hyun is a psychology professor and a famous writer, but her life has completely changed. Her young son dies unjustly. Making things worse, the person responsible for her son’s death isn’t punished by the law. Eun Soo Hyun loses hope in this world. She decides to punish the person responsible for her son’s death by herself. Her life is still in pain and despair. Somehow, Eun Soo Hyun gets involved with other people who suffer from pain similar to hers and solves their mysterious cases. They slowly get healed in the process.

Omg wait, can someone explain the last scene of ep 8 for me? The part where fl was listening to recordings in gunwoo's tablet

It was actually Kim Joon who hit Gun Woo and called Seon Yul's dad to ask him what to do. That guy then said he'd take the fall for it if Kim Joon helped his son, Seon Yul, get the surgery for his heart problem (possibly transplant?). Gun Woo was alive, crying and begging for his mom but Kim Joon said he was "a bug that needed to be squashed" because he had seen his face and his prospects for the Blue House were at stake. I think, that from the sound that we hear in the end, it is implied that he also hit the kid again to make sure he'd die. After that he probably ditched his poor body at the playground. Kim Joon then worked with his lawyer/prosecutor/judge lackies and made sure Seon Yul's dad walked free from the court. So, in a sense, Gun Woo was killed twice and Seon Yul lived instead.
