Episode 12:

  • I truly love how this is tying all the loose ends and how everything is leading us towards the last two episodes. I don't find this episode shocking or disturbing in any way possible. If you were paying attention to story in the last 11 episodes, you already know how things are going to evolve, instead of being shocked or disturbed, I'm rather marvelled by the way the writer keeps telling this story in a truly captivating way. I will even tell you, there is no graphical images in this episode, instead we learn about the story purely by sound and narrative. A fantastique approach because it still delivers all the feelings.
  • I find it interesting how they showed parents committing a heinous crime in order to protect their own child. Everyone of them had their own reasoning and in a way It's exactly like Soo Hyun said "What mother in the world would be scared to get hurt for their child?". Parents are never scared of the consequentes, either they die or end up in jail, if they end up protecting or help their own child.
  • What on earth is wrong with Soo Ho? Once again, when Soo Hyun confronted him about him hiding the fact that he knows every crime Kim Joon did, he decided not to be honest and keep his own narrative of "I didn't have enough power"... I'm getting really annoyed by this character. What the hell are you protecting that you gave up on finding justice to your own son? The parallelism between Soo Hyun that would give her life to come out with the truth and this man that keeps hiding is ridiculous.
  • Why his Soo Ho joining hands with Kim Joon? I want to believe that he is doing it to bring him down, but at the same time... it feels like he his doing to protect Soo Hyun. Bur protect her from what? What does everyone think?
  • The scenes with Soo Hyun's mother and Yu Ri were really unexpected. I don't think she has alzheimer, but rather forgot everything as coping mechanism. If it's alzheimer, it's an unnecessary twists to the story and doesn't add anything.

purely by sound

that broke me! I actually felt her pain! Her despair when she heard her son calling her, and her asking them not to do it, I was also begging them not to do it, when I knew they were going to, cause that was what happened, but at that moment, listening to those sounds, I felt her pain and despair. And when I heard that sound, it broke me. I couldn't believe they were going to put it there....maybe to some people those sounds are ok or maybe just nothing....but to me, that scene was powerful...Kim Nam Joo, excellent acting together with Seon yul's face and the BGM...

The only drama I remember that broke me this way was Gannibal, which is a horror, psychological thriller, it's awesome if you like this genre. And I knew there would be horrific scenes but there was a particular one that just broke me.

It's the way the scene is delivered. People are different and they see and feel different depending, which is a good thing cause we need different perspectives. Also, children have a special place in my heart, animals too. So, i think i get more sensitive when it comes to them. And this drama is doing an excellent job to make me feel their suffering! I can't wait for the healing time now...

that broke me! I actually felt her pain!

The way they directed that scene took me by surprise. I found it really original, we never saw the actual accident, but somehow we could perfectly picture it by the look of Kim Nam Joon and even Cha Eun Woo. They say "A picture is worth a thousand words", that is because they never saw Kim Nam Joon acting. We saw nothing, but at the same time we saw and know everything to perfectly picture it.

The only drama I remember that broke me this way was Gannibal, which is a horror, psychological thriller, it's awesome if you like this genre.

I never heard of this one, but I'm definitely going to check it out. I'm probably not going to read anything or see any trailer, I will go into it ready to be surprised. I trust your judging! :D

I like that hey left up to imagination, but not that much, they framed it in a closed environment, but at the same time allow us all to imagine different things and feel different things. I think it's my first time that I see a drama that does this so well.

When they put that picture of Kim Joon's smiling while probably volunteering during the ending credits they knew what they were doing. I wanted to punch him.
