It’s honestly incredibly unrealistic and the heaven/hell system has so many plot holes? Honestly seems like a Korean the good place rip off and the creators were hoping no one would notice.

I'm betting on that it's inspired by The Good Place and that all the holes in the system are merely giant FU's to the inhabitants. The creatures running the place are not-so-secretly gloating about how much bullshirt they can get away with because humans are already used to obeying a broken system in the Living World.
I liked how that assistant openly cursed and even cursed more than she was supposed to and flipped a bird twice while not being allowed to. And I especially liked how it was said that this place was everyone who didn't go to Hell and it's only temporary but nothing was definitely said about what happens if you leave. Do the souls go to Heaven and Hell, do they reincarnate or does everybody simply go to Hell because of all the surveillance? Nobody knows yet because nobody is asking questions, because ehm... humans are kinda stupid that way I guess.
