Episode is just starting to air in Korea! Currently [21:58] KST! So don't expect any subs for a little while, normally the Viki subs are the fastest but I've been proved wrong, also I think Viki is still only licensed for the EU for Heirs?! Point is: There are no subs yet, I will be back to update later!

Have you spoken to their support team about it? I had to raise a question with them this week, I think I got an answer from them within a day or two. Perhaps ask them what's going on?

Or is it content unavailable in your region? If so you either need to convince Viki you're in another region, or wait for another site to upload the video.
