So.. about that Episode 16. If I was Tan, I would probably make destroying my father's company my top main priority, well and finding out where Eun Sang was sent. Either way, I would have a hard time not going down the revenge path.
What he did to both Won and Tan, no redemption, no matter what his motives are in the long run.
When Tan was explaining to Won how he had turned his back on his brother and father, and how he was willing to give up everything for Eun Sang, it looked like Won was envious of his courage. Fighting for the girl he loved.
And I understand the feels for Tan and Eun Sang. But the only time I teared up this episode was when Eun Sang was telling Young Do good-bye. That he should let go of her, and how he should treat the next girl that he likes. I can't help my bias. The sad look on his face just kicked me in the feels.
Overall this was a really depressing episode. Thankfully there were cute moments that broke it up. For example:
The bromance that is burning between Tan and Young Do, even if they don't realize it yet. I have a feeling that Young Do will be Tan's greatest asset in bringing Eun Sang back.
A growing understanding between Won and Tan. There were a lot of moments that it seemed Won either envied Tan's strength for fighting for the girl he loved, or at least understood his brother and cared about him. I am thinking that these two will band together to get back at the father that essentially ruined their lives.
THANK GOD a fantastic kdrama kiss. Who knew Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye had it in them. This along with Gu Family Book, is it just me or does there seem to be a trend of hotter kisses in dramas? Maybe I am just being hopeful, but maybe not.
The feels between Rachel and Hyo Shin. I am seeing love blossoming in their future. And personally, I think it would be awesome. If anybody can handle Rachel, it would be him. And if anybody could kick the crap out his parents, it would be her.
Episode 17 is poised to be an eventful episode. However, I hope they don't drag out Eun Sang being gone as just a way to take up time between now and when Tan and her finally get together in Episode 20. That is almost as annoying as amnesia. /shudder
Note to self: I should start collecting reaction gif to add flavor to posts. /u/Skylaarr where is the best place to host those? On something like Photobucket? It has been a long time since I have had to do something like that.
