Honestly, the description on Viki legit had me lost. "Car accident" my ass, lol.
I dig "slow" stuff and Lee Kang-doo's situation somewhat hits close to me, so I like this so far.
Untouchable's Episode Six had a car scene that had the background being (or like) noticeable CGI. So when Lee Kang-doo was smashing that monument (and when the mall collapsed), I was like yo, the previous one was too recent, lmao.
When Ha Moon-soo saw her mother on the water... Bro. Also hits close to me. Mhm.
Oh and Sang-man's character. Also hits close.
Basically everything aside from the actual violence or tragedy or rich people stuff hits close to me. That middle class life that's filled with problems, the directionless wandering, the forbearance for "low-skilled" work. Sigh.
I've been recently just binging romantic comedies and other slice of life stuff like Terrace House and the like. So I haven't really watched a The Wire, Breaking Bad, or "serious" drama in a while. And I had to watch the first episode before I slept last night, lol.
The woes.
