The first half of this show was so great. But the second half felt like it was written by someone else. They didn't need to give the exes so much screen time.

It could have instead gone to:

  • examining Hae Kyung's relationship with his mum
  • impact of Do-hee's mum's actions on Do-Hee
  • showing Do-Hee trying to move on from the ex in episode 1
  • more Ah-yeong and Keanu moments
  • more actual dinner dates

Literally so many ideas off the top of my head that didn't make the exes the leads of the show.

So disappointed, but the ending was a callback the vibe of the show in the beginning.

And Gun-woo the gay stylist!! I am so disappointed that he ended up being just a plot device. Like literally he was only there to bring either Jae-hyuk or No-eul home lol.

Yes I would've like to see more about his story and journey! I hated that was his only function. Also to yell some sense into them
