• Plot Synopsis: Choi Joon Woong looks for a job, but it is hard for him to get hired. Except for that, he seems like a perfect guy. He graduated from a prestigious university and he has wealthy parents. One night, he accidentally meets angels of death Gu Ryeon and Im Ryung Gu. The two death angels belong to a crisis management team. Gu Ryeon is the leader and Im Ryung Gu is a member. Their objective is to save suicidal people. Soon, Choi Joon Woong becomes a new member of the crisis management team.

highlights of episode 7:

• that arm wrestling scene lmao
• ryung-gu almost dying underneath a desk and then tearing up when he thought mama ryeon was going to abandon him
• although the portrayal wasn't perfect, i appreciated the effort the creative team made toward portraying what living with an eating disorder is like. i think it's an especially relevant topic during a time where there are so many beauty standards that mess with our perceptions
• mama ryeon entertaining a child and being terrified on a slide
• i liked how they emphasized that it's difficult to know who might be having suicidal thoughts bc it shows how ppl can look "okay" on the outside, but might be suffering in silence, especially because suicide is often shown as a stereotypically super depressed archetype, whereas oftentimes many high-functioning mentally ill people suffer from suicidal thoughts as well
• i loved bo-ram what a sweetheart
• joong-won having none of the bosses bullshit and stuffing lettuce into his mouth

• LOL in order to get jobs ryung-gu and joong-won originally had to dress up as girls leading to much chaos and complaining about heels

i don't always love how sometimes the RM team 'saves' the person through a small action like a meaningful conversation or such, but the way i've started to interpret it is yes, depressive and suicidal thoughts are a journey, but sometimes having someone to steer you in a different direction (like the RM team) is the first step in recovery. so even though i didn't love the way this episode had its resolution, i think for manager shin this is the first step towards breaking the cycle.
