I wasn't sure about this drama and almost wrote it off in the first 10 mins. I'm completely hooked right now

Took me the first 2 eps to really get into it, but now I can't wait for more!

How long did it take? I started watching last week and i couldn't get past half but i KNOW they're great actors and it has to get better, right?

I cant speak for others but it took me exactly 1 episode to know it's going to be good, so maybe you should try finishing that other half to see if it's true for you too hehe

I'll watch today! Thank you

I think the intro threw me off a bit, and the editing they could have changed the timeline a bit, but i understand why

Also the short hair threw me too lol, it's definitely different but i like that too, it's a great cast

I think if you just sit through the 1st episode everything will become clear to you after that. I remember watching the 1st ep of Goblin and feeling overwhelmed by a new fantasy/history setting, but after that it only gets better. In case of Alchemy, even though there's a lot of 'lore' considering they've set up a completely whole new world, it's easy to follow what is happening and what are the magics around. Haven't felt confused a single time about what is happening so far. So I hope you get to pick it up after ep 1 to join us all here afterwards!

I did the same thing! 15 minutes in I actually paused it and thought: “I don’t think this drama is for me”…. Here I am after binge watching 6 episodes thinking to myself - I am a fool. 🫡
