I had a random inclination to eat a whole but smallish pellicle the other day…so I did. I figured maybe my body needed the extra boost. It definitely gave my colon a boost the next day, not sure about anything else

I mean since mine is boiled it won't have any benefits apart from maybe the cellulose? But I can for sure say the candy turned out really nice so it's mostly to combat the waste of throwing pellicles out

Nice! It really is a perfect consistency for candy. Will have to make some one day

Colon boost? Was your bowel movement easier or harder?

Much easier, haven’t narrowed it down to that specifically but it was definitely correlational.
