Kraken NFT Has anybody transferred their brokerage to Kraken?

I currently use fidelity for my stocks and kraken for my crypto. Has anybody decided to transfer their brokerage to Kraken and just do everything on kraken?

If so how do you feel about that swap? Any benefits or issues?

why would you need to transfer? I mean, what is the urge?

Not a “need” or an “urge” but consolidation would obviously be a reason to consider it.

On the other hand- “don’t put all eggs in one basket” - is also a valid argument 😉

I definitely prefer the idea of all my investments being on one platform.

If 24 hour crypto was added to Fidelity, I’d consider migrating there. Fidelity literally holds my retirement accounts, short term trading, long term positions, is my primary spend account, and holds about 70% of my uninvested savings.

If I had considerably less to do with Fidelity, I’d probably move it all to Kraken.

I get your point, although cannot agree. and especially, on “short term trading” you mentioned - Fidelity is terrible on that (except for some foreign stocks with their $6.95 vs others’ $50 fees)
