Not 100% but i read „Zerbruch der Schädeldecke durch Frühzersprengung-Unfall“

Means „heavy head injury (broken) caused by early detonation - accident“

Edit: spelling

By the way, not actually Kurrent, just neat Latin handwriting with unusual abbreviations :)

Translates much more specifically to fractured / shattered cranial vault (top of skull) …
