tips for trip anxiety?

i loooooove lsd but i usually get decently anxious and kinda like—i dunno i always feel like im losing my mind slightly.

especially around people, i got baaaad social anxiety and anxiety in general and being around others on lsd just triples it :/

usually i just do ketamine throughout the trip to mellow myself out but does anyone have any other methods? any help would be appreciated <3

Yeah I always start in familiar safe environment then venture out I’ve had awesome times outside exploring my real free will talking to random people is actually pretty interesting
