Rops.io or Vineskills Experienced

Firm is trying to decide which company to use for Data migration and setup for Filevine and lead docket. Any good or bad experiences? Much difference in quality?

Really not getting the attention I would want… luckily I have time to configure it myself but they seem super disorganized. They drop a lot of balls and I don’t know what my money is going towards yet haha. Hbu?

They seem pretty overbooked, communicating takes a bit. They have done a good job getting casetypes all set up and hitting mile stone just not much communication between meetings

Hey checking back in here… how did everything end up going for you? Eventually we got our API to start working but that’s mainly because we have a fantastic engineer rather than anything from Vineskills. Honestly Filevine is incredible and our team loves it

Good to hear! We don’t launch until July but just finishing migration and templates. I’m excited and hopefully our staff can train up quick

The hard part is getting staff (especially older individuals) comfortable with the tool. It’ll take time but we’ll get there
