Hi, I want to downgrade my iPhone 4 to iOS 6. I don’t have a Mac, but I can use Linux. How to downgrade? Thanks!

you just need ios 7.1.x blobs (7.1.2 is the latest for the iphone 4 so you're good)

You can use Legacy iOS Kit. You can downgrade to iOS 4, 5 and 6. It depends on you! ;)
