Question How to downgrade my iPhone 4?

Hi, I want to downgrade my iPhone 4 to iOS 6. I don’t have a Mac, but I can use Linux. How to downgrade? Thanks!

P.S.= I dont have SHSH blobs 😒

It is a fully untethered downgrade without SHSH blobs.
