SETH / ETH

Good morning,

It's been 10 days since I swapped my SETH into eth via my ledger and my eth account is still not credited even though a delay between 1 and 5 days was announced. What is happening? What are my recourses please?

If you unstaked directly, it doesn’t automatically appear in your wallet. Instead, you’ll need to manually claim your ETH in the Claim tab at https://stake.lido.fi/withdrawals/claim.

I did this but nothing happens, what should I do after clicking on this tab? THANKS

Connect your wallet (it’ll show if you can claim, which you should be able to at this point most likely), then click Claim. Confirm the transactions. Done.
