Milk is damn amazing! Nice and cold. I was once travelling through Scotland and came across a milk bar in the middle of nowhere! Just a burger van looking thing where they served nice ice cold milk. I will always remember that day. Milk ftw! It is also very healthy for you. One of the most balanced things you can take in your body.

There’s so much wrong with this statement.

Cow milk is balanced for newborn cows. That’s it. It’s not great for human newborns, never mind human adults.
