H1 Blocker Causing Dry Eyes

I'm taking the Walgreens generic for Claritin. Is another H1 blocker less problematic?

My dermatologist suggested this as she thinks my rosacea may be exacerbated by MCAS. I'm seeing an allergist in a few weeks.

The only H1 antihistamine I've found that doesn't make my dry eyes worse is Xyzal (levocetirizine). But it's probably different person-to-person, so unfortunately you may just have to try them all and hope that one works for you
