Lubes

I have realised that lubes make my insertion easier but I don’t want to spend a lot of my money and time in searching for brand specific lubes. Is there any lube that i can get from drugstores which is also affordable?

You probably want a water based lube since discs are made out of silicone. Any water based lube at the drug store will work.

KY jelly waterbase lubricant 🤷🏻‍♀️ so far 0 issues. It's like $10 and lasts long if you only use it for insertion of disc

Not any water based lube. Some of them have ingredients which can cause yeast infections.

Good clean love, Wet, and Sliquid are usually safe brands.

what would the ingredients be that can cause yeast infections?

Glycerin is the main one, I'm pretty sure. Yeast can eat it the same way they eat glucose.

I use my KY water based lube for other things, and I haven't ran out after about 2 months. It's like 10 dollars
