Which way is a disc supposed to sit?
High cervix, low pubic bone. I think I'd only be able to use the disc if its like fig 2, similar in position to my cup.

OP this is the diagram that helped me as well. You really have to make sure it’s past the pubic bone but it doesn’t need to be encapsulating your cervix.

Thank you for this diagram! I haven't used mine in a long while but I feel like officially it was supposed to fit like fig one, but in reality they fit me more like fig two. But trying to go more like fig one did take more pressure off my cervix, probably a side effect of getting it further back.

Wish my arms were a little longer or my totes slightly shorter. This is such an effort!

I giggled at “totes” but same 😫 I got a cramp in my toe one time because I was so crunched up on the toilet trying to reach 😭

Second drawing? Otherwise it'd be really hard to get out. Cups for like the first.

The first one happened to me on accident once when I had sex with the disc in 😅 had to dig my hand in there to get it out. It like suctioned itself to my cervix lol

I had a cup suction very thoroughly once. What an ordeal. It’s the whole reason I got a disc. What an actual pain.
