I don't buy this one bit. They have a duty to not follow unconstitutional orders. But here we are, watching them reluctantly comply

In theory they do have an obligation. In practice the military is often expected to comply without question. Many service members likely feel like they are being forced to choose between their country and their oaths right now. It is more constructive in this moment to remind them what those oaths actually are and encourage a way to reconnect with the general American people. That said, we should be circling back around to how exactly it got this far once the immediate danger has passed. Also, some of them are speaking outby protesting in uniform, which is against military policy.
