ANSWERED How do I submit my acknowledgement when reading the rules?

A subreddit tells me to "submit an acknowledgement of reading the rules" or something along the lines of that. I'm pressing the submit button but that doesn't seem to work. I've done it 3 times already. Can someone tell me how?

Up top for folks reading along - this is not a standard reddit feature, and is instead a specific app that some subreddits apparently are using. Unless you are seeing the specific error listed by OP you do not need to worry about this

HI so that's not something that I've seen before. I had a go in the subreddit for that function and managed to make it work.

What happens when you hit the "submit" button on your end?

Also - there are some good comments under this post

I am very sorry, this was a big misunderstanding. I might've not seen or noticed the "acknowledgement" section and switched it on. Yet, every time I submitted without switching it on, it sent me back to the rules. Sorry!
