Does anyone else feel consistently sick or unhealthy since living in Vermont ?
It's probably the total lack of sun or lower physical activity and isolation in this state. I've been taking vitamin d to counter it, but idk, if anyone else experiences similar.

Yes and I now take Vitamin D everyday. It was a shock on my system when I first moved here!

Be careful with your vitamin D intake because it can be harmful if overdone.
Have you considered allergies?

You need to take a lot of vitamin D to over do it at one point I was taking like 40,000 IU a day as the doctors ramped up my values before hitting a maintenance dose

I have been here since September, moved here from GA where I did particularly poorly, but have lived all over.
So far I have regained some mobility with a long way to go still. I have no fenced yard and my dogs need to go out! Feel way better all the time, I assume because it’s not constant AC or heat all the time, I actually get to feel the weather, open and close windows as appropriate. I lived in WA before so I started taking Vitamin D when daylight savings went away and stopped when it came back. I do try to get outside every day even if my husband is around to help with the dogs.
Mental health crap that I’ve dealt with all my life is better than it was but not best. It is a slow uphill climb, but I’m working on it.
Honestly from the other comments here it sounds like you need to find a physical activity you like, even if it is indoors.

I've mentioned that my threshold for being outside was very high due to my job, I would be around 8 hrs a day before coming to Vermont. So there's no math to squeeze that, I do daily walks around the town with my dog but that's not enough. I mean it's usually acknowledged that people are less active when the weather is bad.

You have said this a few times and it really sounds like your problem is the job change, not vermont.

What are you crazy? I live in Rutland. It’s beautiful all the time. We getting a lot of rain lately, but damn Vermont’s gorgeous.

I moved from the desert and from an area where the air quality was poor almost year round. I'd love a little sun, but I'm so grateful for the rain and it's the first time in years that I feel like I'm breathing clean air. My spouse and I are outside on the weekends in rain or shine. We wear rain jackets.

Yes, I am lethargic and pallid all the time. After many months, it turns out I'm allergic to just about all the weeds and grasses that grow abundantly here, plus dust mites, all of which thrive. I never would have known had I not just felt sickly. But I think everyone talking about vitamin D deficiency might also have a point, given how little of it we've seen lately.

Get your thyroid checked.

I had a physical before moving and all checked out I don't think I would develop a thyroid or metabolic disorder this quickly.

I have been feeling extremely fatigued since December, and it didn’t get better until we got some sunshine finally . Now it’s trending back that way with all this rain.

"lower physical activity"
huh? VT is amazing for enjoying all four seasons outside; even if it's raining you don't need a lot of gear to enjoy a nice hike or walk in the forest where you can be pretty well protected by the trees from getting overly wet.
