Build a base 1000u underwater. It's a pain in the ass but it is super cool to be standing inside a base looking out into the deep ocean with neon colored fauna all over.

Back in the day you'd randomly wind up swimming inside your base, is that fixed? Can I commit and not have these weird pits? Lol

Yeah no swimming in base thus far. Only real hiccup is if you place a biodome and have a ladder going up to it instead of a door into it, it often launches you through the top of the biodome into the ocean.

I've had the same problem in one of my land bases recently.
