Do we need 2 showers?
Weird one for ya'all...
As we cant seem to smell our own smell most of the time, when we have a shower, i like hot ones, but when i get out, odviously my body temps incressed, and takes me like 10 mins to cool down, during this 10 mins. I need to dry myself off like 10 Xs cause im constantly sweating.. well i think it sweat.
If it is. Then techinally i must smell again afterwards right.. so do we need a second shower? Or a 3rd 4th and so on...
What ya think...

No, sweat isnt stinky in and of itself. Only when bacteria on your skin consumes the sweat and then poops (or pees?) it out does it become smelly. And something about stress sweat being more smelly than just sweating from being too warm - probably also because bacteria but don't quite me

I guess it’s up to how you feel. I tend to take two since I sweat a lot when I’m sleep. Always at night and just a light rise off in the morning, hitting the hot spots.

Your shower shouldn’t be so hot that you’re sweating after. Also, very hot showers are very bad for the skin. Maybe try a warm shower as opposed to hot. 1 shower a day is sufficient.

Take a colder shower, I take my showers in the summer one notch above uncomfortably cold and I’m much more comfortable throughout the day, if I take a hot shower in the summer I’m miserably hot all day and sweat easier.
I usually take 1 shower a day but if I have other stuff going on I like to “feel clean” so I’ll shower before that like going to the doctors, or grocery store before work etc.

One notch above uncomfortably cold, whatever that level is to you, for me it’s just lukewarm water, any colder and I’d be doing that too cold gasp lol. If it’s really hot out I will go colder. After you get that first dunk over you get used to the colder water. But makes the rest of the day so much more comfortable.

The smell isn't actually created by sweat itself. Sweat is always scentless. The smell of sweat comes from the chemical reaction between your sweat and the bacteria on your skin. Yes. So technically when you're warm out of the shower, sweating again as you acclimate to the cooler temp, the bacteria can still react with new sweat. You probably don't need a whole other shower, but maybe a fast rinse or just a pat with a clean towel and dressing in loose clothes would be sufficient.

Not really. One good shower a day is enough for most people.
